High-Performance Wear Protection for Critical Components
VTSPL – Varika Thermal Spray Pvt. Ltd. provides Tungsten Carbide coating using the HP-HVOF process for components exposed to severe wear, abrasion and hot-corrosion conditions. Our carbide coating solutions are particularly suited to hydro power and other demanding industrial applications.
Carbide coatings provide a hard, protective surface for components operating under demanding conditions. VTSPL works with carbide-based coating materials including 88WC12Co, WC10Co4Cr, Cr₃C₂/NiCr and nickel-based materials, selected according to the application requirements. Our HP-HVOF carbide coating capability is suitable for both in-house and on-site applications, helping support component restoration and surface life improvement.
