Durable Corrosion Protection for Industrial Components

VTSPL – Varika Thermal Spray Pvt. Ltd. provides Thermal Spray Aluminium (TSA) coating using the high-velocity twin wire arc spray process. TSA provides an aluminium protective layer for industrial components exposed to corrosive environments, particularly in offshore and demanding industrial applications.

Our TSA coating solution uses 99.5% pure aluminium wire, identified in the source brochure as ISO 209 Grade 1000. The process is intended for anti-corrosion protection of industrial components and has been applied to components such as piping, flanges, structures, platforms and vessel tanks.
